Everything above is how the shops run today. The platform just removes the counter time: reserve in the app with your height and boot size, sign the waiver on your phone, and your gear is pulled, preset, and labeled on the express rack before you arrive. Show your pickup code, step into your boots, go. Returns are one scan of your pass.
